About Me
I trained in Psychotherapy and Counselling at the University of Salford, where I developed and gained a distinction in Person Centred Therapy. Since then, I’ve worked in a variety of settings including a cancer support charity, within the NHS a domestic abuse support charity and a sexual violence support service. These roles have given me the privilege of supporting people through some of the most difficult and vulnerable times in their lives. The training I have received means I work with a trauma-informed approach.
Through my work, I’ve developed a particular interest in supporting those affected by illness—especially cancer—parents struggling with anxiety and those working and studying in academic settings. I understand how overwhelming and isolating these experiences can be, and I aim to offer a space that is steady, grounded, and empathetic.

I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and work in line with their ethical framework.

I hold an enhanced DBS Certificate.
